Please build a database that will check the visitor's ip and qualify or disqualify them based on the number of visitors that we can take on a daily basis from each zip code. It will also be necessary to place the number from this "check" on one page next to a geo script that reference the visitor's city - the number will be around 11 or so from each zip code.
